The project features 100% Indigenous ownership by George Gordon First Nation through its economic development corporation. Project Spotlight: Open Access Wabamun Carbon Hub
The Wabamun Carbon Hub is a proposed carbon transportation and storage project west and north of Edmonton, Alberta, being developed by Enbridge to serve large-scale industrial CO2 capture projects. Once built, five Indigenous communities are positioned to co-own an interest in the Hub's transportation and storage infrastructure.

The Chatham to Lakeshore Transmission Line is a 49-kilometre, 230-kilovolt Hydro One transmission asset in Ontario's Windsor-Essex Region, now operating with First Nations acquiring a targeted 50% equity stake under Hydro One's First Nations Equity Model.
