By using this website or accessing our products or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the site or our services.

3. Premium Access

Access to premium dashboards and downloadable data is available through annual subscription fees. Premium access is intended solely for the organization or individual that made the purchase.

Premium users may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any data or dashboards outside their organization.

  • Publish or reproduce premium data without written permission from Indigenous Energy Monitor.

If you are interested in using our data or content for resale, redistribution, or incorporation into commercial products or services, please contact us to discuss commercial licensing options.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases, including one-time access fees for premium data and dashboards, are non-refundable. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content, tools, and data (excluding publicly available reports or articles) are the exclusive intellectual property of Indigenous Energy Monitor. This includes, but is not limited to: datasets, analysis, visualizations, research outputs, and downloadable files.

You may not:

  • Copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, or modify any premium or proprietary content.

  • Redistribute any materials in any format without prior written consent.

You may:

  • Reference publicly available content such as articles, blog posts, reports, and free tools — with appropriate attribution to Indigenous Energy Monitor.

6. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party services including Power BI (Microsoft), Wix, and Google Workspace to deliver our services. Use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

7. Data Disclaimer

All information provided is for informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, or investment advice. While we strive to ensure accuracy and currency, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the data.

Users rely on this information at their own risk.

8. Custom Research

Custom research, consulting projects, and commissioned reports are subject to separate terms and agreements. Please contact us for more information.

9. Fair Use and Access Limitations

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access in cases of:

  • Excessive downloading,

  • Automated scraping or crawling,

  • Attempts to bypass licensing restrictions or platform controls,

  • Misuse of the data, dashboards, or site functionality.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users of Indigenous Energy Monitor agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose,

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or connected networks,

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its content,

  • Circumvent any access controls or licensing protections.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user or organization that violates these Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized redistribution of data, scraping, or resale without a commercial license.
